KINA INGERSOLL

Kina Ingersoll is the National A+D Director at Allsteel, where she leads strategic A+D initiatives focused on building and maintaining strong A+D client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing effective sales strategies. Kina has been an IIDA Northern California board member for the past 4 years and has over 25 years of experience in the design industry. Kina is widely respected as a leading expert in commercial design and workplace trends. Kina’s background is in interior architecture and design, and she has extensive experience designing hospitality, corporate, retail, and healthcare interiors at premier design firms such as Gensler, de Lisle, Philpotts & Staub, and Sasaki Associates. Kina has since transitioned to the furniture side of the design world, leading A+D managers, programs, events, and strategies at Steelcase, Herman Miller, and Haworth.
